This machine is suitable for cutting and sizing the edges of precut plates only. The plates are clamped rigidly and is cut to size by the cutting head that moves on frictionless rollers.

In Semi-Auto models the clamping is manual and the feed is through a geared head which moves the cutting head to and fro to complete the cutting cycle.
Model OHTA 50/2/3M wheel diameter.
This machine has been designed to cut slabs from large blocks of Granite or Marble effectively. This machine has a gantry for feed and a job trolley to hold the job rigidly while the cutting is in progress. An effective re-cirulating coolant system is also incorporated for surface finish of the slabs. The programming is through a PLC and the machine is operated from a remote panel for operators safety.
