This machine has been designed to provide a smooth cutting process. The machine has a foot operated cutting head. The cutting head height is adjustable vertically in 8 levels with a spring-loaded knob located in the front of the machine for operator convenience. An Aluminium Roll-O-Matic table equipped with a self-gripping rubber surface holds the job in place. The table is moved on rails with frictionless bearings for cutting of non-metal materials like Refractory Bricks, Glass, Ceramics, Tiles, Alumina, Mag - Spinel bricks as well as Tubes. The diamond saw utilized is as per requirement. The machine is equipped with an effective re-circulating coolant system. The machine has rear splashguards to prevent coolant spillage. The starters for the main motor and the coolant pump motor are placed on the front side of the machine for operator's convenience. Optional equipment that can be added are:
a) Angular cuts of up to 45° are achievable with our angular cutting guide,
b) Beveled cuts are made easy with our tilting attachment for bricks,
c) Extension table attached with the main roll-o-matic table can be added for extra long jobs.
The machine is equipped with safety guards for the cutting saw as well as for the V- belts and pulleys.
